What we collect
When you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property and your situation.
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To contact you about the property you asked us about, prepare and deliver an offer, and complete a transaction if you choose to sell to us. To respond to questions. To improve the site.
By submitting a form you agree that Peregrine REI may contact you by phone, text message or email about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone and we'll stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other real estate investors or lead-generation companies.
We share it only as needed to do what you've asked: with a title company and attorneys involved in your closing, with service providers who run our website, forms, phone system and CRM under confidentiality obligations, and if required by law.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics, and may use advertising pixels to measure the performance of our ads. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful to follow up with you, and transaction records for as long as the law and our accountants require. If you ask us to delete your information and there's no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Your choices
