New Jersey › Areas we buy

We buy houses in every New Jersey county, from one office in Totowa

Most of our closings are within half an hour of Passaic County, but we've bought from Sussex to Cape May. Pick your county for the local page: how sheriff sales, probate and town certificates work there, and the towns we buy in.

Don't see your town?
Call anyway. If it's in New Jersey and it's a house, a two-family, a small multifamily or a condo, we'll make an offer.

We buy here too. Each has its own page with the local specifics.

Why a local buyer matters in New Jersey

New Jersey has 21 counties, 564 municipalities, and almost as many sets of rules. Some towns require a certificate of occupancy before any sale; some only want a smoke and carbon monoxide certificate; some inspect for rental registration when a two-family changes hands. Each county runs its own surrogate's office for estates and its own sheriff sale calendar for foreclosures.

A buyer who has closed in your county already knows which of those applies to your house. That's the difference between a seven-day closing and a six-week one. More about how we work.
